Organize your group and we'll train together in your neighbourhood or a designated green space. I'll customize the program, depending on your group's goals, size and fitness level, whether it be athletic training, a boot camp class or an intensified walking program. If you want an entertaining workout you'll enjoy these interactive group activities.

Personal Training and Professional Coaching Combo
